Fill My Hotel is the work of Phil — a long-time traveller, tour operator, and pilot who has spent years on both sides of a hotel: as the guest who notices everything, and as an operator who has to fill rooms to survive. That mix is the method: practical hospitality sense, plus a working knowledge of the aviation and crew business most consultants never touch.
